Flooding in western Sweden
Parts of Bohuslän have been hit by flooding following heavy rain overnight and this morning.

The emergency services in Bohuslän have received several reports of water damage to homes on Thursday morning. The heavy rain overnight and this morning is said to have caused flooding in several homes in Sotenäs municipality, as well as in Lysekil, Tanum and Munkedal.
Sotenäs municipality is urging residents not to travel on the roads unless absolutely necessary.
The Swedish Meteorological and Hydrological Institute (SMHI) has issued a yellow flood warning, which also applies to parts of Värmland.
