The SE-Alert warning system is being tested in the Stockholm area and on Gotland

On 7 September, Sweden’s new warning system, SE-Alert, will be tested in the Stockholm area and on Gotland. This will take place at 3.00 pm, at the same time as the quarterly test of the Hesa Fredrik outdoor warning system. SE-Alert sends ‘Important messages’ to the public directly to your mobile phone. The test is being carried out to ensure that everything is working properly.
