Several roads cut off after heavy rainfall in Västernorrland County

There is a major impact on both roads and railways following Sunday's heavy rain in Västernorrland County. More rain is expected from Thursday through Saturday. The Swedish Transport Administration urges people to follow weather developments and exercise caution if traveling in affected areas.
