Important public announcement for Karlstad in Karlstad Municipality, Värmland County. There is a heavy fire in a recycling plant at Älvudden/Välsviken, causing thick smoke. Original text: An Important Public Announcement regarding fire and smoke has been issued for Helsingborg, Skåne County. Two houses on Januarigatan is on fire. People are urged to avoid the area, to go inside and close doors, windows and vents.
