Entry ban to Sweden is extended

The Swedish government is extending the entry ban to Sweden from countries outside the EEA as well as the requirement for a negative Covid-19 test until 31 May.

As of 31 March, Denmark and Norway are covered by the same rules as other EEA countries, and the UK is covered by the same rules as countries outside the EEA.
Entry from another EEA country is permitted as long as a negative Covid-19 test no older than 48 hours can be presented.
The entry ban applies from countries outside the EEA and the UK. Exceptions are made for, among others, foreign citizens residing in Sweden, or those with a residence permit or family reasons. Such persons must also present a negative Covid-19 test.
Swedish citizens are not affected.
