About Valborg and the fire ban

The dry and warm weather has resulted in a great risk of fire in forests and fields in parts of Sweden. There is a fire ban in several municipalities.

In general, a fire ban means that the use of open flame outside is forbidden. But it may be permitted to cook over a flame in prepared barbecue and grill areas.
