The entry ban to Sweden in effect until October 31
The government has decided to extend the temporary entry ban until October 31, 2020.
The purpose of the entry ban is to mitigate the effects of the coronavirus spread and reduce the outbreak of covid-19.
The ban applies to all foreign nationals traveling to Sweden from countries other than EU countries, the UK, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein and Switzerland. Swedish citizens are not covered by the ban.
