Weather warning regarding storm gusts in parts of Southern Sweden
Update March 12, 12.40: Class 2 warnings regarding storm gusts have also been issued for the islands Gotland and Öland, as well as for the counties Kalmar and Blekinge.
Update March 12, 06.55: Class 2 warnings regarding storm gusts have also been issued for the eastern parts of Kronoberg county and the coastal parts of Western Gothia (Västra Götalands län).
Original message: The Swedish meteorological agency ("SMHI") has issued a weather warning regarding storm gusts for the counties Skåne, Halland, Blekinge, and the Western parts of Kronoberg county. The winds are expected to reach class 2 warning levels on Thursday. Class 2 is the second highest level of weather warning and means that the weather expected could cause a risk of disruption to traffic, electricity supply and telephone communication.
