Explosion in Istanbul
An explosion took place at Istiklal Caddesi in central Istanbul on Sunday afternoon, 13 November. The Ministry for Foreign Affairs urges Swedes to avoid the area around Taksim and Istiklal, and to follow instructions of local authorities.
Swedes in Turkey should also register on the Swedish list. The Ministry for Foreign Affairs is monitoring the situation.
