Freezing rain warning on the west coast
Update, 12 February 09.45: The Swedish weather agency SMHI has issued weather warnings about freezing rain in large parts of Götaland (southern Sweden). An orange level warning (the second most serious level) is in effect for parts of Västra Götaland county. Yellow level warnings have been issued for an area east of Halland and Västra Götaland county all the way to Kalmar county. Road conditions may be very challenging during the day.
Original message: Freezing rain is expected between Lysekil-Uddevalla and Kungsbacka in Västra Götaland county. An orange weather warning is in effect until Monday afternoon.
Road conditions may be very challenging and there may be transport disturbances. Ice coating on power lines may cause power cuts.
